How's the saying go, "you are what you eat" - that's truly terrifying when you think about it!
A new study says the things we eat can actually calculate to taking time off our lives each and every time we eat them! There are five foods in particular that they pointed out...
- Hot Dogs (lose 36.3 minutes)
- Soda (lose 12.4 minutes)
- Double Cheeseburger (lose 8.8 minutes)
- PIzza (lose 7.8 minutes)
- Bacon (lose 6.4 minutes)
Well then, I apparently, am kicking the bucket tomorrow. And seriously if hot dogs are the worst, all the people who do that hot dog eating contest on the 4th of July are hosed! Hey, at least tacos aren't on the list! On the flip side there are foods you can eat that actually will add to your life...so truly if you do the math, you could eat a pizza and eat some healthy fish and balance it all out.
