It's summer in Texas, we're all sweating...a lot. Even if you're inside and obeying what ERCOT says to set your thermostat at....you're sweating. I mean just stepping outside to put your trash bin out in this heat, you'll get punched in the face and start to feel a little something on your brow. But apparently in San Antonio...we're doing better than most. Because we DID NOT make the top ten list of the sweatiest cities in America! (It's still way too damn hot just to be clear)
Orlando, FL was just named the sweatiest city in America - an award I'm sure they'll wear proudly, and then sweat through. Despite SA's absence from the list, several Texas cities did make it. Here's how the top 5 shaped up:
5 - Tallahassee, FL
4 - New Orleans, LA
3 - Baton Rouge, LA
2 - Corpus Christi, TX
1 - Orlando, FL
Laredo, and Houston also made the top 10. Regardless of where we landed on the list - or didn't land - after writing this article I'M SWEATING. Going to sit near a fan. Good luck out there.
