Our phones are an extension of our bodies these days causing mild to severe panic attacks when we can't find them or leave them behind! But is it to the point that you've truly become addicted? Experts say there's one way to tell.
- If you spend more than 1 hour on average per day on your phone...you're addicted.
WHAT?! Just 1 hour a day?! How can that be???!! I mean if you think about it, if you add up all the time you spend on your phone in a day and it adds up to an hour, that's actually quite a bit. By the way...both Russell and Raven FAILED.
Here's how to analyze on iPhone. Go to settings, then screen time and activate. Days from now you'll be able to see if your average daily screen time is as bad as Russell's (4:34!!!!)
