Spurs fans are now on the edge of their seats as ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting our beloved Manu Ginobili is considering not exercising his option and returning to the Spurs.
In short....he might be done.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Manu has been by far my favorite Spur. Among Tim, Tony, Kawhi, etc., Manu has displayed to me all that a true champion should be. The way he carried himself, the way he stayed true to his family, his humor, his bald spot (kidding that is my nightmare when i get old), and the way he's played the game.
The Kawhi situation made me mad, if Manu calls it a career...I'll be very sad.
Here are a few things to keep in mind while filtering info.
- Manu did put his house in SA up for sale. Could be a sign of him leaving
- His brother is now coaching for the Spurs. Could be he's staying?
- I've made lots of bald spot jokes over the years - could be my fault.
