According to a new study, drinking moderate amounts of beer or wine, and then having 2 cups of coffee a day can help you live longer!
The study measured many elderly people in their 90's and asked about their drinking and caffeine habits. Turned out, most reported drinking some beer or wine, and drinking coffee every day! AND furthermore, those who did enjoy moderate amounts of alcohol and coffee lived longer than those who abstain.
So...while your liver may look pretty, that doesn't mean much!
