Why Everyone’s Mad At “Stranger Things”

 Halloween  is just around the corner, but one costume is getting people riled up.  The costume in question is a sexy version of Eleven, from “Stranger  Things.” The outrage comes from the fact that Eleven is played by  13-year-old Millie Bobby Brown and some consider the costume to be  sexualizing a child. Technically, the costume is being called the Upside  Down Honey, which is a reference to the show's alternate "Upside Down"  universe, but everyone can tell that it’s Eleven. The costume includes a  blonde wig, a pink dress, a jacket and a waffle-shaped purse. While  Eleven was a popular Halloween costume last year, it was a much tamer  version that was more faithful to the original character.
