Eric Andre, Clayton English Sue Atlanta's Hartsfield Intl Airport Over "Unethical" Drug Search

Comedians Eric Andre and Clayton English have claimed racial profiling by police at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in separate incidents in 2020 and 2021 - and now the two have filed a lawsuit against the Clayton County Police Department and district attorney's office on Tuesday, calling on the court to declare that it's unconstitutional for police officers to stop passengers on the bridges from their gate to their airplane, question them and search their bags.

Back in 2021, Andre was just leaving the airport when he described what he went through for TMZ. Eric says he was stopped in the jet bridge - that narrow tunnel that connects a gate to the plane itself - long after he went through his ticket check and TSA screenings. English said that he had a nearly identical experience six months earlier, and had "felt completely powerless, violated and cornered." After seeing Andre's tweets about the incident, English reached out to him about his similar experience.

Andre and Clayton claim the "target selections are unsupported by any legitimate cause or suspicion. There are no written policies or procedures governing the jet bridge program."

"CCPD calls these stops 'consensual encounters' and 'random,' " the lawsuit states. "They are neither; the CCPD jet bridge interdictions rely on coercion, and targets are selected disproportionately based on their race."

FBI Shuts Down Angelina Jolie's Records Demand

Angelina Jolie - as Ms. Jane Doe - filed a lawsuit against the FBI several months ago seeking full disclosure of records into the investigation of Brad Pitt and the 2016 "airplane incident" that came shortly before their divorce. And the FBI has now responded.

To review: the incident that started it all (according to allegations by Jolie at the time) took place on a private flight on September 14, 2016. Again, allegedly, during a family argument, "one of the children verbally defended Jolie, Pitt lunged at his own child and Jolie grabbed him from behind to stop him. To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself backwards into the airplane's seats injuring Jolie's back and elbow. The children rushed in and all bravely tried to protect each other. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Pitt to stop. They were all frightened." Jolie filed for divorce within days. In his defense, Pitt has denied everything and claims Jolie is engaging in a plot to ruin his name.

Now, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the FBI and the Department of Justice are asking a federal judge to shut down the actress in court, claiming they need more time to fully process Jolie's request for additional files she claims are withheld, and to deny her access to others. The judge has yet to rule. The case is ongoing.

Cardi B Celebrates 30th Birthday...And Jamie Foxx Was Denied Entry

Cardi B turned 30 and turned heads at her burlesque-themed bash Tuesday night at the Poppy club in Los Angeles.

The star and her husband Offset are known for their over-the-top birthday parties, like last year’s dancehall-themed bash for Cardi B and the lavish 29th birthday celebration Offset had in the midst of the pandemic in 2020, along with his 30th, when the “Money” singer presented her husband with a $2 million check.

The guest list this time included celebs like Tiffany Hadish, Chloe and Halle Bailey, Karrueche Tran, Chance the Rapper, GloRilla, Tyga, Wale and a host of others. Jaime Foxx was there too - until he wasn't.

According to TMZ, who posted video of the incident, Foxx was denied entry at the event, even though he was arguably the biggest star in attendance. According to reports, the issue was the entourage he had with him, and the fact he wasn't on the invite list. Jamie was stopped at the door, denied entry, so he turned and left. Security tried to catch him, saying he was good - to with Jamie replied, "Naw, we not good.", hopped into his white Rolls and departed.

As the party raged inside, another celeb had an incident outside. YK Osiris was attempting to leave the party when an unknown man started talking trash to him - enough to rile the rapper into stepping out and attempting to confront the man. YK's people dragged him back into the car while the rando raged on, questioning Osiris' street cred while cops and security tried to deescalate the situation. While they dealt with the aggressor, YK got the last word as he drove off in his Lambo. As Dr. Dre and Tupac rapped in "California Love", "California knows how to party!"
