Drinking Coffee Will Add Years To Your Life


It seems like every other week I see a new study about how coffee is great for you, or terrible...but I'm running with this one! Mainly, because every time I see a "coffee is bad for you" post I ignore it. Give me all the coffee!

Eat This, Not That! Posted an article about the everyday habits that will help you live longer, and drinking coffee hit #2 on the list! Using sunscreen, exercising for 30 minutes, and maintaining a healthy body weight also made the list. You can read more here and don't mind me while I throw back my third coffee of the day...
