Coldplay and BTS prioritize love in their just-released collaboration, “My Universe,” which dropped on Friday (September 24)

The new pop/rock single clocks in at almost four minutes and hears the groups sing in English and Korean about the ways in which love conquers all. “And they said that we can’t be together because, because we come from different sides,” RM and Jimin admit on the second verse, before the song reaches new heights during the hook as they all collective sing, “You, you are my universe and I just want to put you first.”

“My Universe” marks their second single off their upcoming Music of the Spheres after “Higher Power.” The new collection drops on October 15. "Thank you for listening, or coming to shows, or any way we have met through music," their album announcement read via social media in July, along with the phrase, "Everyone is an alien somewhere."

Expect Coldplay to play the new tune at this year’s Global Citizen Live festival on Saturday. BTS is also set to perform at the affair. The event also features Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, Jennifer Lopez, Lizzo, Meek Mill, Shawn Mendes, as well as special guest performances by Alessia Cara, Burna Boy, Cyndi Lauper, Jon Batiste and Lang Lang.
